Over the course of the week, we will be creating fun arts and crafts projects to help campers foster their creativity skills and love of art. Young Authors: Short Stories and Comic Creation summer camp for 3-5th graders! 

This fun camp is designed for students in grades 3-5 who have a passion for writing and creativity. Throughout the week, campers will embark on a journey of imagination and self-expression as they engage in a variety of interactive activities, including collaborative writing exercises and outside exploration time. By the end of the camp, each student will proudly showcase their own original short story and comic strip, demonstrating their growth as young authors. This camp is the perfect opportunity for aspiring writers to explore their creativity, build confidence, and have a blast in a supportive and encouraging environment. No prior experience is needed, just a love for storytelling and a desire to unleash one’s imagination!

CCHS girls soccer camps provide players a rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer techniques, skills, and tactics. Players will be challenged at an appropriate level while receiving instruction in a fun, positive environment.

Equipment: cleats, running shoes, shin guards, a water bottle, a snack and a swimsuit/towel.

Welcome to Social Superheroes, a Dons summer camp where kids become the ultimate champions of connection and kindness! Designed for rising 1st graders - 4th graders, this fun and interactive program helps campers discover their “superpowers” in friendship, empathy, and social skills.

Through creative activities, teamwork challenges, and hands-on role-playing, campers will learn how to:
- Build confidence in making and keeping friends.
- Practice empathy and understanding others’ perspectives.
- Communicate clearly and kindly.
- Resolve conflicts and work together as a team.
- Celebrate diversity and appreciate what makes everyone unique.

Each day, campers will embark on exciting “hero missions,” such as creating a Kindness Quest, solving teamwork puzzles, and crafting their own superhero capes and badges to represent their strengths. Come on out for a super spirited week as a Cathedral Catholic Cheerleader!! All cheerleaders will get to learn and practice essential cheerleading skills: jumps, motion technique, game day spirit, chants, dances, stunts and pyramids, and so much more! Pom-poms? YES! Cheer bow? YES! So much fun? YES! We will host a showcase on Day 5 for friends and family to watch our newest Dons' cheerleaders perform--Roll Dons!

This camp is mainly for advanced-beginners to intermediate players, but all skills levels are welcome! It is designed to be fun, to help participants develop recreational tennis skills, and to give players a chance to experience and improve in match play. In this camp, we will focus on the development and refinement of basic tennis skills.

The only requirements for this camp are that you have a racket and you're willing to spend 3.5 hours a day on a tennis court. We'd love to have you! 

This camp is for rising Fourth Graders, Fifth Graders, Sixth Graders, Seventh Graders, Rising 8th Graders.

Coed Youth Basketball Camp!

Calling all young hoopers! Come learn the FUNdamentals of basketball in a high-energy, supportive environment led by Varsity Head Coach Jackie Turpin—a local standout from Santana High School and former UC Davis player with 12 years at Cathedral and 20 years of overall coaching experience.

Dons Football Camps - Learn from the best! Learn football fundamentals from some of the best coaches in the state. The Dons coaching staff has won 12 CIF Titles and 3 State Championship by teaching the fundamentals of football for sound play and safety. Head Coach Sean Doyle, Defensive Coordinator John Montali, and Offensive Coordinator Ebere Winston will all run these camps with assistance from current Cathedral Catholic Dons varsity football players. These are NON-contact camps. Campers will develop their football skills and play football.

ELITE CAMP:

Welcome to the Elite High School Football Camp at CCHS, where passion meets precision, and dedication transforms into excellence. This camp is designed for athletes who are eager to take their game to the next level. Whether you're looking to refine your skills, enhance your technique, or gain a deeper understanding of the game, you are in the right place. Over the course of this camp, you will be challenged by experienced coaches and pushed to achieve your personal best. Location: Classroom

Ages: Rising first through fifth graders. Campers will take a journey to the Polynesian Islands. We won’t be able to visit all of them. However, we will take a look at five of them which will include: Hawaiʻi, Tahiti, Tonga, Samoa/ American Samoa, and New Zealand. Each day of camp we will focus on one of the islands and dive deep into their cultural practices. Campers will learn about each Island’s history, language, cultural attire, food, native plants and animals. We will have several activities for campers such as Candy Lei Making, Ribbon Lei Making, Samoan Siapo Activity, and Polynesian Tribal Tattoo Activity. Campers will take home the activity keepsakes at the end of the camp week. There will be Pasifika Story Time as well where we will read children’s stories either based on Polynesian concepts or/and written by Pasifika Authors. In the middle of the week, campers will watch the Disney Movie, Moana, and learn about the Polynesian cultural practices in the movie. Lastly, the campers will learn a Hula Dance and perform it on the last day of camp at the all-Dons Camp Pool Time. Parents are welcome to attend the performance. We warmly welcome campers from all ethnic and gender backgrounds to attend the camp. Our camp is inclusive, which ensures a respectful and supportive environment for all participants. Overall, campers will be immersed in the Polynesian culture throughout the five days and return home to their parents/guardians expressing that they want to take a family trip to one of the many beautiful Polynesian Islands. Dons baseball camp will provide instruction and drills in all facets of the game of baseball. Students will learn the fundamentals of outfield and infield play, pitching, hitting and base running. Instruction will be provided by CCHS Dons varsity baseball coach, Gary Remiker.

Campers should wear appropriate baseball attire (hat, baseball sweats or athletic pants, cleats or tennis shoes) and bring their own glove, bat, and helmet.

This camp will focus on basic self-defense techniques, safety, situational awareness, and confidence-building. The schedule includes a balance of physical training, educational sessions, and fun activities to keep kids engaged and learning.

This camp is for rising first graders, second graders, third graders, and fourth graders. There will be a waiver for parents to sign for a fun board-breaking demonstration if the kids would like to participate -- very simple and fun for the kids. Whether she’s new to the sport or looking to improve her game, our camp offers a supportive and exciting environment for girls of all skill levels. At the end of the week on Friday, there will be a scrimmage that parents are welcome to come and watch! This new girls sport is exploding across the country! At Drawing & Painting Workshop, we are going to do a lot of fun art projects this week! We'll explore a variety of different art mediums, including crayons, markers, watercolor, and tempera paint. You'll learn about color theory, and create exciting pieces of artwork. You'll leave the camp with an improved set of art skills!

Calling all art enthusiasts! Join our arts and crafts camp. Your child will have the opportunity to express their creativity through arts and crafts that they will bring home to share. We will complete daily arts and crafts including but not limited to bird houses, jewelry making, tie dye t-shirts, flowerpots, canvas painting, make your own mini terrarium and ornament making. Grab your swimsuit and sunscreen as we will also have 1 pool day at Cathedral’s incredible lap pool. Join us this summer for some arts and crafts fun!

This camp is for rising first through fourth graders.

Welcome to Girls Beach Volleyball Camp! Campers will spend the week increasing their fitness & athletic ability. Beach volleyball camp focuses on improving fundamental skills, team building and scrimmaging. All athletes are welcome!! 

This camp is open to sixth Graders, seventh Graders, and rising 8th Graders. This is girls only camp.

Join us at our ceramics summer camp! This creative camp lets kids sculpt, paint, and glaze their own masterpieces while learning the basics of pottery in a fun environment. Students will create a variety of pieces from pinch pots to chia pets!

This camp is for rising fourth through eighth graders.

Location: Pool (heated)

Dons Aquatic Adventure is a week-long camp from 8:30 AM-12PM July 14-18th where campers will improve their swimming skills, learn pool safety, grow closer with other campers through pool games and strengthen their relationship with fellow campers. Each day will be balanced between crucial swimming skills such as learning strokes, learning how to dive, and improving on campers' basic strokes, and pool games where these skills are then applied. At our camp, not only will campers grow closer through these various activities but will also finish out each day with a sweet treat. Please note that campers will be tested with a swim test on the first day of camp that includes basic water treading skills and ability to participate in the camp sufficiently. The pool is heated. 

Campers MUST be proficient swimmers in order to attend this camp. 

This camp is open to rising third graders through rising fifth graders. 

This camp is available for registration for the following weeks (camp duration is one week)

June 16 - 20, from 12:30pm - 4pm

June 23 - 27, from 12:30pm - 4pm

Location: Manchester Stadium

Nothing is better than enjoying the California summer sunshine while competing and learning all about Track and Field! Join UCLA Track and Field Heptathlete and High Jumper alumni, Allie Eppers, this summer to learn all about Track and Field!

Come with or without any experience and be ready to train, explore, learn and most importantly, have fun! Events we will cover: long jump, high jump, hurdles, pole vault, relay races, sprints, mid distance running, shot put, strength and speed training. Camp will conclude with a Track Meet so our track stars can show off their new track skills on the track and field!

This camp is for rising second through sixth graders. Athletes will be separated into different age groups while learning different events around the track with multiple event coaches ready to help.
