Social Superheroes!
Location: Classroom and campus
Welcome to Social Superheroes, a Dons summer camp where kids become the ultimate champions of connection and kindness! Designed for rising 1st graders - 4th graders, this fun and interactive program helps campers discover their “superpowers” in friendship, empathy, and social skills.
Through creative activities, teamwork challenges, and hands-on role-playing, campers will learn how to:
- Build confidence in making and keeping friends.
- Practice empathy and understanding others’ perspectives.
- Communicate clearly and kindly.
- Resolve conflicts and work together as a team.
- Celebrate diversity and appreciate what makes everyone unique.
Each day, campers will embark on exciting “hero missions,” such as creating a Kindness Quest, solving teamwork puzzles, and crafting their own superhero capes and badges to represent their strengths. With a mix of games, storytelling, arts & crafts, and fun adventures, Social Superheroes empowers kids to make connections and create a safe, supportive space where everyone feels like a hero.
By the end of camp, your child will connect with their inner Social Superhero, empowered with the tools to make friendships stronger and brighter than ever!
Weeks this camp is available:
June 16 - 20 from 8:30am - 12pm
or
June 23 - 27 from 8:30am - 12pm
To add-on additional camps for other sessions: Click the 'More Events' button at the bottom of the cart checkout page. Click into the next camp you want to add-on and select the quantity of campers. Proceed to checkout and confirm the correct camps are selected before entering your payment information.
Please also be on the look out for additional camps for football, basketball, ceramics, spanish, girls flag football and more to come!
NOTE: All parents must fill out parent and emergency contact information. If you register for multiple camps you will need to fill out this information more than once. For a cleaner checkout experience, it's recommended to place a separate order for additional camps.
